Kinnikinnick never fails to amaze me. I am not sure if this product is new or not, but its the first time we’ve seen it. Knowing how good their other gluten free items are, this was a must buy. As you can see below, the end result was a fluffy and tasty stack of pancakes! My kids said they tasted exactly like the pancakes I buy them when we go to Bob Evans, I’ll have to take their word for it.

I’ve tried the Bob’s Red Mill Pancake Mix and really didn’t like it. The first bite was ok but it went downhill after that for me.
I really miss pancakes so I’m looking forward to trying the Kinnikinnick brand.

The KK pancake mix is indeed fantastic; I’m a complete pancake convert since trying it. Ironically, I never liked pancakes before going gluten free! I’ve read really good things about the Pamela’s mix to, but it isn’t as readily available as the KK mix (I live 3 hours from the KK factory).
